  Bad service and rude employees I will never return back to this place. The work ethics were horrible and I had to wait an entire month just to get my riding lawn mower back, which they did not inform me that it will take three weeks for them to even look at it. Don't go here! You will regret it. *Update the problem I had in the first place still exist. That was a waste of money.

  Earlier this year my Murray mower had been dying mid cut, so I ran up to batteries plus in College Station, threw a new battery on but to my dismay... it was still stalling. So I brought the Murray riding mower to them end of June 2017 since it was stalling out multiple times during a single cut. Took them over a month to get it back to me (Early August) and when they did the safety switch on the seat was non-functional (never had previous issues with it) but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought the mower back to get it corrected. A week later I get the mower back and lo and behold it’s running but still stalling multiple times during a cut. Evidently the carburetor clean and new parts didn’t work. This time I even bring them video of it happening and drop off the mower for a third time... then over 2 months of silence. I finally hear from them mid-November. The mower is ready! I go in, ask what was done. They tell me they put a brand new battery on, new carburetor and said it shouldn’t have been cleaned. I waited to talk with a manager since the mower didn’t need a battery and they were double charging me for some of parts that had already been added to the mower. He admitted I was right, discounted the bill and said they would deliver the mower to me. Well, it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t seen the mower and still have no idea if it even works... oh yeah, today is Dec 1, 2017. Bottom line: take your equipment anywhere but here, and be sure to take care of your friends when you need to borrow their mowers for an entire summer. Update 12/18 : Received the mower back the day we had a bizarre snow fall, and it’s still not starting. Messed with it last week and again today it won’t start up. Very disappointed with this repair center.
